Method of Payment
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.

Deposit Policy
To confirm: 100% deposit is required

Cancellation Fees
60 or more days prior to arrival: $25 per room per night
60-30 days prior to arrival: $100 per room per night
Within 30 days of arrival: 100%

Due to our remote location, this cancellation policy must be strictly enforced. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance, which is available through several providers, including travelex.

Reservation Changes
More than 30 days before arrival: there is a $25 fee to change the dates of a confirmed reservation to another date in the same year.
Date changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the full cancellation fee.

Check in begins at 2pm. The Kennicott Glacier Lodge shuttle transports arriving and departing guests between McCarthy and Kennicott from 8am to 9pm. If you arrive at the footbridge after 9pm, transportation can be arranged for a fee of $50. Please call us as soon as possible if you will be arriving after 9pm.

Late Checkout
Checkout time is 11am. In order to ensure that guest rooms are ready for check in at 2pm, a late checkout fee of $50 per room between 11am and 1pm, and 100% of room charge after 1pm, will be assessed.

Pets are not allowed at Kennicott Glacier Lodge. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if a pet is kept in a room.

Kennicott Glacier Lodge reserves the right to make changes to programs and prices without notice. Lodge prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honored for the period booked. Kennicott Glacier Lodge will not be responsible for the cost of delays resulting from weather, road conditions, or acts of God.

*Upon advancement of deposit to Kennicott Glacier Lodge, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms and conditions.
