We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.

Deposit Policy
2020 Reservations
To Confirm: Full payment is required

Cancellation Fees
60 or more days prior to arrival: $25 per room per night
60-30 days prior to arrival: $100 per room per night
Within 30 days of arrival: 100%

Due to our remote location, this cancellation policy must be strictly enforced. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance, which is available through several providers, including travelex.

Reservation Changes
More than 30 days before arrival: there is a $25 fee to change the dates of a confirmed reservation to another date in the same year.
Date changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the full cancellation fee.

Transportation
Check in begins at 2pm.  The Lodge shuttle provides complimentary transportation for arriving Guests from the Footbridge at the end of the McCarthy Road or the McCarthy Airstrip to Kennicott Glacier Lodge.   The shuttle from the Footbridge runs on the on the hour from 12pm to 8pm.  Transportation from the Footbridge after 8pm can be arranged for a fee of $50.

Late Checkout
Checkout time is 11am. In order to ensure that guest rooms are ready for check in at 2pm, a late checkout fee of $50 per room between 11am and 1pm, and 100% of room charge after 1pm, will be assessed.

Pets
Pets are not allowed at Kennicott Glacier Lodge. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if a pet is kept in a room.

Disclaimer of Liability
Kennicott Glacier Lodge reserves the right to make changes to programs and prices without notice. Lodge prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honored for the period booked. Kennicott Glacier Lodge will not be responsible for the cost of delays resulting from weather, road conditions, or acts of God.

*Upon advancement of deposit to Kennicott Glacier Lodge, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms and conditions.
