2021 Deposit Policy
To Confirm: $100 per room per night deposit is required
Final payment: due January 15, 2021

2021 Cancellation Policy
– More than 60 days prior to arrival: $25 per room per night
– 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: $100 per room per night
– Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100%

Due to our remote location, this cancellation policy must be strictly enforced. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance, which is available through several providers, including travelex.

Transportation
Check in begins at 2pm.  The Lodge shuttle provides complimentary transportation for arriving and departing Guests between the Footbridge at the end of the McCarthy Road, or the McCarthy Airstrip, and Kennicott Glacier Lodge from 8:30am to 8pm.  The scheduled pick up times from the Footbridge are on the hour from 12pm to 8pm.

Transportation before 8am and after 8pm is only available by prior arrangement for a $50 fee.  We do not provide transportation before 7am or after 10pm.

Late Checkout
Checkout time is 11am. In order to ensure that guest rooms are ready for check in at 2pm, a late checkout fee of $50 per room between 11am and 1pm, and 100% of room charge after 1pm, will be assessed.

Pets
Pets are not allowed at Kennicott Glacier Lodge. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if a pet is kept in a room.

Kennicott Glacier Lodge reserves the right to make changes to programs and prices without notice. Lodge prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honored for the period booked. Kennicott Glacier Lodge will not be responsible for the cost of delays resulting from weather, road conditions, or acts of God.

*Upon advancement of deposit to Kennicott Glacier Lodge, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms and conditions.
