- RESERVATIONS:
- To make reservations, you may call our toll free # 1-800-582-5128 from the USA, or 907-258-2350 from outside the USA. After checking availability of rooms on the dates you want, we can take your reservation over the phone.
- You may also FAX us at 907-248-7975, or E-mail us at info@KennicottLodge.com. We will reply with availability of rooms before making your reservation.

- AK LODGING DEPOSITS:
- To reserve your room, a 50% deposit is required. You may pay this by sending a check or by authorizing us to place a charge on your credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, a written confirmation letter and other information will be mailed or e-mailed to you.
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Late payments may result in releasing your reservation, and rebooking will then be subject to availability. Reservations made less than 30 days out must be accompanied by full payment.
- A reservation commits a party to the scheduled period of time guaranteeing payment for the entire period. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
- AK LODGING CANCELLATIONS:
- If you must cancel your reservation, please call or write us as soon as possible. For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a $25 per room / per night cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations 30 to 15 days prior, a cancellation fee of 50% of each room charge will apply. Less than 15 days prior, a cancellation fee of 100% of each room charge will apply.
- AK LODGING DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:
- Kennicott Glacier Lodge reserves the right to make changes to programs and prices without notice. Lodge prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honored for the period booked. Kennicott Glacier Lodge will not be responsible for the cost of delays resulting from weather, road conditions, or acts of God.
*Upon advancement of deposit to Kennicott Glacier Lodge, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms and conditions.
