Chef Jeannie 2004-11
Assistant Chef. (

This person works with our chef to prepare creative meals for
restaurant Guests. Strong baking skills are required as we bake all
breads and desserts from scratch. 5 years min. cooking experience is
required. Food presentation is very important. The Assistant Chef
will prepare family style dinner for 75 to 100 Guests plus Staff 2
nights per week and breakfast and lunch 3 days per week. They are
responsible for overall kitchen organization and-cleanliness during
their shift.

years experience with minimum 1 year baking experience. Food

Helps prepare breakfast fruit plates, makes sack
lunches, bakes cookies, assists with kitchen clean-up,

This is a multifaceted position centered at the front desk
to check guests in and out of the lodge, coordinate guest
transport, arrange activities, provide information, drive
the shuttle van, answer phones, and data entry. Must
have high customer service skills, be detail oriented, and
able to handle a variety of tasks. Must be 23 years or
over, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving
record for the past 3 years.

This person must be able to clean, make beds, and do laundry for a 35
room hotel.

Maintenance Person

Performs daily maintenance functions. Haul trash, pump fuel, yard
work, minor repairs, and vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with
mechanical systems and carpentry helpful. Must be l8 years or over
and have valid driver's license.
